Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of training programmes, workshops, and learning events
- Support the team in the development of learning materials, presentations, and evaluation tools
- Maintain and update training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Talent Development team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, HR or related field
- Strong interest in learning and development or human resource management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
