About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on exposure in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing and screening candidates from engineering, chemistry, and microbiology backgrounds. If you are passionate about HR and enjoy connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to gain real-world recruitment experience in a corporate environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internship, non-executive, and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).

  • Assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent.

  • Conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidate and follow through the interview outcome.

  • Support basic documentation and data entry related to recruitment activities.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Interest in technical hiring (engineering, chemistry, biotech) is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with Canva, social media, MS Office, or similar tools is an added benefit.
