Job Summary

As an Administration Intern, you will be at the center of our daily operations, playing a key role in creating a productive and welcoming environment for our team. In this foundational role, you will gain hands-on experience in the operational backbone of a fast-paced tech startup. You will learn to support a wide range of administrative and logistical functions, from office management to team support, and your work will directly contribute to our company's efficiency and positive culture. You will receive mentorship from our Admin Lead and develop essential skills for a career in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Assist with daily administrative functions, including managing office supplies and coordinating with building management to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Logistical Coordination: Support logistical arrangements for office items delivery and other essential team resources.
  • Team & Culture Support: Play an active role in organizing team events and activities that contribute to our collaborative culture.
  • Operational Improvement: Contribute fresh ideas on how to improve our administrative and operational processes.
  • Collaboration: Learn to cover essential administrative functions during the Lead’s absence to ensure operational continuity.

General Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A strong desire to gain practical, hands-on experience in an administrative and operational role.

Experience and Skills

Administrative & Technical Skills:

  • A keen interest in learning the day-to-day operations of a technology company.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear and professional communications.
  • An eagerness to learn new systems and administrative tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time-management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment

This is an office-based internship in Kuala Lumpur, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you'll interact with all members of our team and gain valuable exposure to the tech industry.

Reporting

This position reports directly to the Admin & HR Lead.
