Sales & Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic Sales & Business Development Intern to support our growth at RSB Freight Services. This role is perfect for students who are interested in sales, client interaction, and the business side of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients
• Support sales outreach via email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Prepare quotations and basic sales proposals
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Assist in follow-ups and customer communication
• Support marketing and sales campaigns (online/offline)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields
• Comfortable communicating with people (written & verbal)
• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn sales skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
