Operations Intern (Freight Forwarding)

About the Role

RSB Freight Services is looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support our daily freight forwarding and logistics operations. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to real shipment handling, documentation, and coordination within the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily freight forwarding operations (import & export)
• Support preparation and checking of shipping documents (BL, DO, invoice, packing list)
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, agents, and internal teams
• Track shipment status and update customers accordingly
• Assist with operational reports and data entry
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, documentation)
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior logistics knowledge is an advantage but not required
