About the Role

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an energetic and proactive Recruitment Intern to join our Recruitment Team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on candidate sourcing and initial screening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Contact potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates regarding interviews and feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and screening summaries for the recruitment team.
  • Support recruitment-related activities and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people over the phone.
  • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Resourceful, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
