About the Role
SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an energetic and proactive Recruitment Intern to join our Recruitment Team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on candidate sourcing and initial screening.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.

Contact potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates regarding interviews and feedback.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Prepare candidate profiles and screening summaries for the recruitment team.

Support recruitment-related activities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people over the phone.

Energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Resourceful, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.

Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
