Intern, Unified Communication (UC)

We are looking for an Intern, Unified Communications (UC) who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

CommITted · Connected · Converged!

As an Intern, Unified Communications (UC), you will have a chance to:

• Assist on resolve simple Unified Communications issues or escalate critical issues to the next level support

• Assist to prepare documentations and reports that requires for action

• Assist to support on-site support following SLA

• Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance

• Gain hands-on experience on Unified Communications product such as Poly, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Logitech, Jabra

We are looking for an individual with:

• Currently undergoing Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma/ preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science

• At least 12 weeks of internship period
