About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and pre-screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, develop recruitment skills, and learn how to identify and engage suitable candidates.

Your Day-to-Day

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate pre-screening to assess suitability, availability, and salary expectations.

• Reach out to potential candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Assist with reference checks, offer letter preparation, and onboarding documentation.

• Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance, documentation, and joining arrangements.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS and trackers.

• Support career fairs, walk-in interviews, and other recruitment initiatives.

Your Know-How

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
