Responsibilities:
Administrative & HR Operations
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in managing HR databases, employee files, and relevant HR documentation.
- Provide support in handling HR matters related to foreign employees, including documentation and permit tracking.
- Help with the preparation of HR correspondences including letters, memos, and reports.
Training & Development Support
- Coordinate internal training activities including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.
- Assist in preparing training content, attendance tracking, and evaluation forms.
- Maintain training-related documents and generate summary reports when needed.
Employee Engagement & Event Coordination
- Support the HR team in organizing and executing company events, staff activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in creating internal materials for HR communications (e.g., event posters, announcements).
- Take part in brainstorming and planning sessions for team-building activities and company-wide initiatives.
General HR Assistance
- Assist team members with ongoing HR projects and provide support in ad hoc tasks.
- Participate in HR meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the department
