What You'll Be Doing:

As a Product Apprentice at Durioo+, you’ll work closely with the Product team to support key initiatives that help improve our app experience and connect better with our users. You don’t need to know everything — just bring your passion, curiosity, and courage to learn and speak up!

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Customer Support Content

• Help create and organize helpful content for users on our social media platforms, especially around using the app and understanding its features

Creating App Store Visuals

• Design simple graphics and write friendly, clear captions for Durioo+ on Google Play and the App Store.

Supporting Subscription Management

• Assist in checking and processing subscription cancellations, ensuring users have a smooth experience.

User Feedback & Communication

• Reach out to users, listen to their thoughts about the app, and help the team understand what’s working — and what’s not.

• Have basic design and writing skills (tools like Canva are a plus!)
