Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and email correspondence.
  • Handle general office administration and support HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, with a willingness to participate in career fairs and recruitment activities.
  • Actively engaged in social clubs, events, or extracurricular activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
