Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Handle general office administration and support HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, with a willingness to participate in career fairs and recruitment activities.
- Actively engaged in social clubs, events, or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
