1. Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Conduct sales presentations, pitch products/services, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate promotional events and collaborate with external vendors or partners.

3. HR

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and maintain an active database of potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with initial employment paperwork for new hires.

Requirements

• Must possess your own laptop.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Human Resource, Marketing, any related field.
• Strong organizational skills, good judgment, and great interpersonal communication.
• Minimum of 3 month intern period required.
