We are looking for a driven and curious Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle,vfrom sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Post job ads across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, university channels)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, campus outreach, social content)
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
