Job Description

• Assist in supporting the purchasing processes, including engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support cost-effective procurement while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.

• Support the procurement team in sourcing goods and services from reliable, approved suppliers with a strong performance record, ensuring items received meet agreed specifications.

• Help maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Collaborate with relevant department teams to monitor inventory levels of critical consumables and support efforts to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

• Assist in analyzing and reporting on purchasing-related matters, including cost tracking and inventory control, to support operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures, authority requirements, and company policies, including Food Safety System standards and artwork amendment processes.

• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the procurement team or management, in line with the internship learning objectives.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Business Administrative/Engineering or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lumut, Perak.
