Job Description:1. Social Media Management- Create, curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms,
including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu and more. - Monitor social media channels and provide insights and recommendations for
optimization. - Handling administrative work on social media such as product loan pullouts.
- Liaise with external agencies to support with content creation.
2. Public Relation Support- Assist in drafting press releases (mostly translation from English to Chinese) and other communications materials.
- Support the coordination of media outreach efforts, including press inquiries and
interview scheduling. - Liaise with influencers agencies for big campaigns and monthly engagements.
3. Monitoring and Reporting- Monitor media coverage and social media conversations related to the organization and industry trends.
- Provide regular updates and reports to PRSM Manager on social media and PR activities, highlighting key insights and successes.
Other Duties:- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Stay up-to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media andpublic relations.
Qualifications:- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in
communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for business purposes.
- Basic knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations is a plus.
- Preferably with an internship period of minimum 6 months and above.
- English and Chinese language proficiency is a must.
