About the Role
As a Rewardz Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day business operations, vendor/partner management, e-commerce operations and process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious, resourceful, organised, detail-oriented and interested in learning how partnerships and rewards ecosystems are built and managed.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.Partnership Sourcing & Merchant Onboarding
•Research and identify suitable merchants, brands, and partners for the Rewardz marketplace
•Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
•Reach out to prospective vendors via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
•Coordinate onboarding activities, including collection of required documents, product information, and promotional offers
•Maintain partnership databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date
•Support merchant renewal and engagement activities
2.Marketplace & E-commerce Operations
•Coordinate packing and fulfilment of physical vouchers
•Arrange deliveries and liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfilment
•Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning
•Verify product information, pricing, and merchant listings on the platform
•Assist with redemption fulfilment and operational support for marketplace orders
•Track and monitor delivery statuses to ensure successful order completion
•Follow up proactively on delayed, failed, or exceptional deliveries
•Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to investigate and resolve fulfilment or delivery-related issues
•Communicate delivery updates and resolutions to relevant stakeholders where required
3.Campaign & Marketplace Support
•Assist in launching and maintaining merchant promotions and campaigns
•Verify merchant offers and ensure promotions are correctly reflected on the platform
•Support collection of marketing assets such as logos, product images, and promotional materials
•Assist in compiling campaign performance and operational reports
•Update and maintain internal trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation
•Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation
•Support ad hoc projects across Partnerships and Operations teams

•Recently completed a Degree or Diploma
•You communicate clearly. You write well. You are precise and can explain things over the phone, e-mail, chat or in person
•You are meticulous and sensitive to details (to numbers and SOPs)
•You are organized and have the ability to segregate tasks
•You are independent. You can manage multiple tasks and can link tasks to processes and adapt quickly, asking the right questions
•You are creative and enjoy solving problems. You love to learn new things everyday yet remain cool under pressure
•You like to do multi-channel research and are resourceful. You get the job done!
•Proficiency in MS Office & Google drive, especially in using Excel (pivot tables and lookups are your besties)
•Language Proficiency: English & Mandarin

Minimum 3 months.
Internship Allowance
MYR 1500 per month
