Responsibilities
1.Oversee the Full Advertising Program: Develop and execute the companys ad strategies across Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc., controlling costs while driving conversions and ROI.
2.ROI Management & Optimization: Build data-driven attribution and ROI models; lead the team in continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ad spend efficiency.
3.Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage the ad buying, creative production, and data-analysis teams; set clear KPIs for each role and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
4.Ad Platform & Process Development: Establish standardized workflows, a creative asset library, and A/B testing protocols to boost team productivity and ensure repeatable success.
5.Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage campaign analytics to uncover user insights, recommend product improvements, and support sales, marketing, and product teams.
6.Vendor & Resource Management: Liaise with platform representatives, third-party agencies, and creative partners to secure timely, high-quality resources.

Qualifications
1.Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, E-Commerce, Advertising, or related fields.
2.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with deep familiarity with major international platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
3.At least 2 years in a leadership role managing an ad team; proven track record handling monthly budgets of US$100K+.
4.Strong command of funnel metrics and key performance indicators such as LTV, ROI/ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc.
5.Excellent data-analysis skills, results-oriented mindset, and strong communication/project-management capabilities.
6.Prior experience in finance, Forex, prop trading, education, or SaaS industries is a plus.
