Job Description

ESSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct research on sustainable materials, trends, and technologies relevant to products and packaging.
  • Support in Scope 1 & 2 emissions reduction programs (energy, water, waste, etc)
  • Analyze case studies to recommend practical solutions for sustainability improvements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of impactful presentations and reports.
  • Gather and maintain data on Scope 3 emissions from various sources, including suppliers, logistics, and other external partners.
  • Involve in analyze and report on emissions data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in collaborating with suppliers to track and understand their carbon emissions, helping them to align with company goals for Scope 3 reductions.
  • Learn and apply emission calculation methodologies (e.g., GHG Protocol) to Scope 3 emissions data.
  • Support initiatives for automating emissions tracking and reporting processes, including exploring AI or other technological solutions.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Related to Environmental Engineering Science field.
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or other related discipline.

PREFERRED:

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental impact reduction.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a sustainability-focused team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis or emissions reporting tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of sustainability frameworks, especially the GHG Protocol, is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and stakeholders
