Internship Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities and construction progress.
• Help to monitor work quality and standards.
• Coordinate with design team, subcontractors and on-site workers.
• Help to maintain site records including progress work reports.
• Help conduct site inspections and report deviations or delays.
• Support procurement tracking and inventory management.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety norms.
• Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
