Job Description

  • To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process including documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
  • To support new hire on-boarding activities including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation etc.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials including presentations etc.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation and attendee communication.
  • Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
  • Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic  about learning and developing new skills in corporate environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Information

  • Internship positions available for intake starting January 2025 and onward.
  • Please include internship start date and end date in the application.
  • Experience in video editing, translation, graphic design, presentation creation, or similar skills is a plus.
  • Open to Local Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
