Description

Key Duties and Tasks:
 Responsible for resolving conflict.
 Nurture a positive working environment.
 Assist the managers in the recruitment processes.
 Assist in the Colleagues Engagement Programmes.
 Provide assistance to the team and other colleagues when needed.
 Assist in coordinating with external parties to provide learning programmes for the colleagues.
 Responsible to handle all existing and potential interns.
 Responsible to ensure the hotel premises and facilities are functioning well for the colleagues.
 Come out with fresh ideas for colleagues’ engagement.
 Ensure the Policies & Procedures are in place.
 Assist in all ad hoc tasks as assigned.
 Keep track of the learning hours of all colleagues.
 Conduct interview and exit interview under supervision.
 Conduct learning programmes for colleagues.
 Participate and source for potential candidates in career fairs.
 Promote IHG and InterContinental Kuala Lumpur to students looking for internship placement.
