The Credit Administration / Sales Admin Intern will support the daily operations of the department, assisting with documentation & reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in credit administration processes, providing an opportunity to learn and contribute in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Assist in reviewing documentation related to billing, collections, and sales transactions.
Support efforts to identify improvements in documentation and administrative processes.
Help monitor the documentation flow to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
Liaise with internal teams and external parties (e.g., financial institutions, solicitors) to gather required information or follow up on documentation.
Learn and assist in using internal software systems to manage purchaser records and monitor updates.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s database and filing systems.
Observe and support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or related disciplines).
Minimum internship duration of 10 weeks.
CGPA of 3.0 or above.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
