Job Summary
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations and projects. This role provides exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and data management. The intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting HR processes while contributing to ongoing initiatives and improving employee experience.  

 

General Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions  

  • Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates  

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, employee records)  

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities (e.g., events, surveys, communications)  

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives 

 

Functional Skills & Knowledge 

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills  

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information 


Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
