Job Summary
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations and projects. This role provides exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and data management. The intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting HR processes while contributing to ongoing initiatives and improving employee experience.
General Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions
Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, employee records)
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities (e.g., events, surveys, communications)
Support ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Functional Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
