The Human Resource Intern will support the Human Resources Department in daily HR operations while gaining practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, HR administration, and employee engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are properly filed and updated.
Support attendance, leave, and employee database updates.
Assist in organizing training programmes, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Support employee welfare, company events, and internal communications.
Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned..

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
Human Resource Management
Business Administration
Industrial Relations
Psychology
Management
Office Management
or related disciplines
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to maintain confidentiality when handling HR information.
Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
