Gamuda Structured Internship Programme

An internship opportunity with Gamuda provides you with the support and guidance needed to kickstart your career. Undergraduates from both local and foreign universities are given the opportunity to fulfil their internship requirements through valuable on-the-job learning exposure at Malaysia's landmark infrastructure and development projects. Apart from a rewarding internship experience, you will also be provided with a competitive montly allowance.

Criteria:

1. You are currently pursuing your first degree courses at institutions of higher learning in Malaysia or abroad.
2. You are currently studying disciplines relevant to Gamuda’s business operations: Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Software), Computer Science/IT, Architecture, Township Management, Construction Management, Commerce & Business Studies, Finance, Human Resources and Management.
3. Available for a continuous period of minimum 10 weeks.
4. Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

• Do you offer internships?

Yes. Internships are available for university students studying courses relevant to GAMUDA’s businesses. Priority will be given to students who require industrial placement as part of their studies.

• Can I email my CV/resume directly to the Recruitment Team?

No, we strongly advise you to submit your application via this platform. Any other methods of submission will not be entertained. 

• What is the assessment process?

Applications will be forwarded to respective hiring manager(s) for their review. Shortlisted candidate(s) will then be called for next stage.

• When will I know if I get shortlisted?

Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

• What should I expect for the internship?

You have the opportunity to learn valuable on-the-job learning exposure and gain useful experience with GAMUDA, network and learn from seasoned professionals in their respective fields. Interns will also be provided with competitive monthly allowance during their internship period.

• Where are the possible internship locations?

Internship locations may vary depending on the specific projects available across Malaysia.
