Finance Support
- Assist in processing invoices, claims, and payment documentation.
- Support data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Assist with account reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Organize and maintain finance-related documents and filing systems.
- Support monthly closing activities and finance reporting when required.
Administration Support
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and general office upkeep.
- Maintain employee records and company documentation.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities.
- Handle document preparation, filing, scanning, and record management.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Other Duties
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments from the Finance and Operations team.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Assist in process improvement and administrative initiatives where applicable.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.Β
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
