Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Success Intern based in WP Kuala Lumpur. This intern will be responsible for communicating with potential clients and providing customer service. The intern will also help to analyze data to support business development strategies and work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring clarity and ease at every step.
• Provide timely updates, respond to queries, and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Assist customers in completing applications, submitting documents, and understanding lender requirements.
• Coordinate with moneylenders and financial institutions to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Identify frequent customer pain points and propose improvements to enhance platform and workflow efficiency.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and take action to improve ratings, reviews, and referrals.
• Support outreach campaigns to re-engage inactive or declined users.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication and updates.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
